We are actively hiring a sales-focused Insurance Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located within or aligned to the Eastern Time Zone.
We are actively hiring a sales-focused Insurance Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located within or aligned to the Eastern Time Zone.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell - someone who can build trust quickly, identify customer needs, and confidently close business. While insurance experience is a plus, we’re open to strong sales professionals from other industries (including life insurance or related fields) who are ready to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Quote, present, and close policies
- Follow up consistently to convert leads and maintain pipeline activity
- Provide excellent customer service to drive retention and referrals
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience required (insurance or related fields strongly preferred)
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Must be comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote environment
- Ability to quickly learn products, systems, and sales processes
